HERNDON, Va., November 6, 2007 - SWsoft has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Inspur, the largest China-based server vendor, to provide cost-effective virtualization solutions to customers in mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. As part of the three-year agreement, the companies are working closely on technical support and joint marketing to customers.
An early adopter is Henan Aluminum, a subsidiary of China Aluminum, as part of a project that combines SWsoft Virtuozzo virtualization software and Inspur servers to consolidate servers, while delivering a highly-available IT infrastructure.
