Problem Description
Describe the issue with as many details as possible below. Please supply a specific set of actions to reproduce, as well as the following data in the description. It will allow us to better understand the issue and speed up resolution:
  • Check if the control panel is accessible from other computers.
  • Is the control panel service running on the server? Are any other sites down?
  • Can you always reproduce this behavior, or only under certain conditions?
  • Is the panel hosted on a physical machine or on a virtualization solution (container, virtual machine...)?
  • Provide text or screen shot of the error(s) you see when attempting to access the control panel, this can be included as an attachment.
